I wanted to work for a company that was true to its brand identity, was present in international markets and was British! CK ticked all those boxes and more.
I work on our future marketing campaigns and events in our stores. As well as liaising with external partners and internal departments to see how we can get our CK brand out there for customers to be surprised and delighted.
The exposure to all business departments. There is so much to learn here and it’s really encouraged. It’s very refreshing.
Being involved in the opening my first Cath Kidston store. I have gone on to open many more but the first one was really rewarding and a great experience.
It’s one big CK family – friendly, open and inspiring. It’s such a creative place to work, with very talented and knowledgeable people in it and the relationship between Head Office and the store teams is very close and communicative.
CK really do listen to their employees and not just when it comes to feedback, it’s acted upon too. Detailed, regular and honest feedback is welcomed and listened to by all levels of the business. We see constant changes based on the feedback given and feel that the company is always transparent with us.
