Why did you join Cath Kidston?

I saw the potential in the International Expansion of the brand, and it seems like an exciting challenge to help build the new markets, and reinforce the existing ones.

What do you get up to on a typical day?

My role involves me being in the office, as well as going to the stores in the different regions. My typical day could range from doing office work, writing up training materials to doing hands on work at the store in different parts of the world.

What do you love most about working here?

My team! They are one of the main reason why I love working here and makes work fun. They are not afraid to express their thoughts and ideas to thrive for better results, and extremely encouraging!

What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

Making VM changes to the outlet store in Japan, and seeing an immediate increase in traffic and sales transactions.

What is it really like to work here?

It can be stressful at times, but you are actually having fun while working!

What do you think makes Cath Kidston unique as an employer?

They treat everybody the same, it doesn’t matter what grade you are, and everybody has an equal say.

What piece of advice would you give to someone who was thinking of applying to work for us?

If you are a proactive person who likes to work and think outside of the box, then this is the place for you.
