Because I’m a big fan of the brand. When I had my interview, the atmosphere in Head Office and my interviewers just made me want to work here even more!
Every day is very varied (and busy), but typically I will be reviewing eComm performance and using this learning to adjust our trading plan for the coming weeks/months so that we can be proactive rather than reactive. My role is great because I am able to find commercial opportunities and work with my team to apply them creatively.

My biggest achievement is launching Cath Kidston’s first ever online gift wrap service. Our brand is synonymous with gifting so launching this service was a big deal for us!

It’s definitely the core values that have been created and instilled as a way of working, and the effort that goes into ensuring they are maintained is really credible. On top of this, we are well rewarded with monthly ‘cake day’ to celebrate all birthdays, delicious subsidised lunches in Cath’s Café, annual parties, monthly social events, fortnightly beauty treatments in the office, 50% discount, health insurance, a pension….the list goes on and on!
