When did you join Cath Kidston?

What do you get up to on a typical day?

Every day is different, life is never dull here in the contact centre. Typically I get in for 8am to check all is ok operationally with the warehouse. My team arrive at 8.50am and phones go live at 9am. From then until we close at 8pm we are busy answering calls, emails, tweets and FB posts from our customers and stores.

What do you love most about working here?

I love the people I work with, the passion we all have about our products and our customers is unique. Oh and of course the cake :)

What’s been your biggest achievement/proudest moment so far?

Every day when I see feedback like the example below from customers about my team: 'Thank you, thank you, thank you Cath Kidston & Co. Your customer service has been exceptional!! Even though I was in the wrong you looked after me anyway. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a loyal customer for life! I adore your products. Thank you.'

What is it really like to work here?

I couldn’t imagine working anywhere else. I love coming to work every day, unlike my friends I don’t get that dread on a Sunday night that tomorrow is Monday!

What piece of advice would you give to someone who was thinking of applying to work for us?

Do it, you won’t regret making that move. If you like cake, smiling lots and having fun while you do what you are great at, this is the place to be.
