Our Technical and Compliance team know all our products inside out right down to the number of stitches which go into every handbag. They work with our buying and sourcing team as well as factories and print mills to guarantee the quality of all our products and provide the right documentation for every market. 

The Technical & Compliance team also carefully monitors customer feedback to make sure that we manage any unexpected issues with products which become apparent. Listening to our store teams and our customers, the team will assess any issues with products in longer term use and make sure they are carefully followed up. 

Working in the Technical & Compliance team calls for a sharp eye for detail and a methodical, consistent approach to work. You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with stakeholders all over the world and confidently negotiating on behalf of the company. The Technical and Compliance team have particularly strong links with our offices in Hong Kong and Japan meaning a willingness to start early and work internationally are big advantages.
